After an unusual campaign which saw the World Cup and Cup of Nations qualifying combined, the 27th African Cup of Nations kicks off in Angola this winter.
As well as the World Cup qualifiers, the second and third place teams from World Cup qualifying were invited to the Cup of Nations and so the continent’s sixteen best teams will fight it out over three weeks this January. (more…)
