Guide to this Weeks Euro Qualifiers
Qualification for Euro 2012 got underway a couple of weeks ago but this weekend sees the Republic of Ireland, Scotland, Wales, England and Northern Ireland all get their campaigns underway, as they look to progress past the qualifying group stage and cement their place in Poland and the Ukraine. Let’s take a look at some of the matches taking place this weekend and try and select some profitable Euro 2012 betting tips.

Yerevan a Laugh! **Note: Yereven is the capital of Armenia**
Preview
From their last seven competitive home games, Armenia have only won once - a 2-1 win over Belgium last September in World Cup Qualifying. In contrast, The Republic of Ireland were unbeaten away from home in World Cup 2010 Qualifying. Much to the delight of me, and undoubtedly the majority of the Irish nation, football’s worst defender, Paul McShane, misses this game through injury, YAY!!
Armenia 4/1 v Republic of Ireland 4/6 (Draw 5/2)
Betting Tips
Teams Goals in Match: ROI to score 2 or more goals (evens) 3pt win
Ireland have only failed to score twice in their last twelve away games. Armenia have conceded 2 or more goals in seven of their last nine home matches.
Wincast: Robbie Keane to score in 90 mins and ROI to win match (2/1) 1pt win
The Republic’s all-time record goalscorer has bagged 43 goals in 100 appearances for his country. ROI will win this match and considering the Tottenham Hotspur striker was in sublime form in pre-season friendlies, I’d be surprised if Keane isn’t on the scoresheet.

A 1-0 home win against Russia in the World Cup Qualifying play-off saw Slovenia board the plane to South Africa. They weren’t disgraced in this summer’s World Cup, beating Algeria 1-0, drawing 2-2 with the U.S.A. and narrowly losing 1-0 to England. Since those exploits they played one friendly match against Australia. Slovenia ran out 2-0 winners.
Slovenia 4/6 v N Ireland 4/1 (Draw 5/2)
Betting Tips
Handicap Betting: Slovenia -1 (21/10) 1pt win
Teams Goals: Slovenia to score 3 or more goals (16/5) 1pt win
Northern Ireland are without a win in 10 games and they have failed to score in their last seven matches! In their last 11 games Slovenia have netted 22 goals and kept a clean sheet on seven occasions.

England welcome Bulgaria to Wembley as they look to bounce back from a dismal effort at this summer’s World Cup. Arsenal wonderkid Theo Walcott will be the star of the show, following his remarkable start to the new Premier League campaign.
England 1/3 v Bulgaria 8/1 (Draw 7/2)
Betting Tips
Draw No Bet: Bulgaria (15/2) 1pt win
Despite losing, Bulgaria were impressive and looked dangerous in attack in a recent friendly against Russia and if England go into the match with any complacency, it will backfire!
Elsewhere in the European Championship Qualifiers this weekend Hungary 13/2 travel to the Rasunda Stadium in Solna to take on Sweden 2/5, France 2/7 welcome Belarus 9/1 to the Stade de France in Paris, Wales 11/4 face a tricky tie away to Montenegro 10/11 and Scotland 7/4 make the trip to Kaunas to face Lithuania 6/4.
