It barely seems like a few days since Jensen Button became the tenth British driver to win the Formula One World Driver’s Championship. The 2010 campaign kicks off in Bahrain and with eight drivers with realistic ambitions of becoming the 2010 World Champion, new teams, the return of Mercedes and four strong leading cars it promises to be the best Formula One season for years.

The battle for fourth spot in the Premier League continues this weekend and several clubs will be looking to take advantage of Liverpool’s slip-up in their 1-0 defeat to Wigan. Spurs can continue their push with a home win over Blackburn Rovers whilst Manchester City are a good value 11/10 to overcome Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.

WGC - CA Championship

The second World Golf Championship of the season takes place at the Doral Golf Resort in Miami, Florida. This will be the fourth consecutive year (last year of four-year contract) that this event is held at Doral.
The par 72 (7200 yards) Blue Monster Course is protected by over 100 bunkers and water is in play on nine of the 18 holes. The 72-hole stroke-play event will host a limited field of 80 players. Note that there will be no cut.

Mixed weather is forecast. Thursday afternoon the winds are forecast to reach 15 – 20mph. Thunderstorms are also forecast for Thursday and Friday. Read More
