About Refer a Friend:

Refer a friend is a new service offered by Paddypower.com where all our existing clients can earn free bets.

How Does It Work?

All you have to do is submit your username and email address and up to 3 of your friend's email addresses.
Referred friends must not have an existing account with Paddy Power.
Once you submit the relevant information, we will then email your friends.

So How Do You Get Free Money?

Firstly, the referred friends must register with us.
Once they place one or more settled bets up to the amount of €50/£50, your account will automatically be
  credited with €10 for each referred friend.



Important Points :

When your friend clicks through to our registration page, they must input the exact email address
  that you have given to us.
All new referred clients must email referafriend@paddypower.com after they have completed the registration
  form to confirm who referred them.
They must briefly state their new username and your email address. The purpose of this is to eliminate any
  confusion around multiple email addresses as stated above.

There is no need for you to contact your friends about these important points, as they will be informed about
  each aspect of the service in the email we send them.

What happens when I refer a friend?
You have to submit your username and email address along with up to 3 of your friends' email addresses.
Once you submit the relevant information, we will then email your friends. Once you have referred up to 3 friends and they register with us, they need to deposit a minimum of 10 into their new paddypower.com account. When his or her bets placed reach €50/£50 you will automatically receive a €10 free bet for each referred friend.

How do I get paid?
No rewards are based on "percentage" played, won, or lost - the rewards are flat one-time payments paid directly to your betting account every time a referred friend places a bet or number of bets that exceed a minimum of €50/£50.

Can I withdraw this payment?
No. This payment must be used solely within Paddypower.com.




Terms and Conditions::


The referrer must have his/ her own Paddypower.com account and Paddypower reserves the right to disallow
  anyone to be a referrer.
Referred friends must not have an existing account with Paddypower.
The referred friend must register and deposit money into his/her new Paddypower.com account.
PaddyPower's decision on who is the referrer of a given friend is absolutely final and is not subject to discussion.
The referrer accepts sole legal responsibility in all jurisdictions for his actions in referring customers to
  Paddypower.com.
Paddypower.com reserves the right to discontinue or change the reward scheme, or any other aspect of
  the program at any time.
If the friend fails to email Paddypower.com after their initial registration and fails to input the exact email address
  stated by the referrer, Paddypower.com will not make any credits to a referrers account. Paddypower.com
  limit the amount of referrals in order to reduce the possibility of spamming.



About WAP:

At paddypower.com we are constantly trying to improve our services and offer our clients the best betting experience online. We have introduced the WAP service, whereby our clients can access the Internet and place a bet on the move. You do not have to be at your PC or on hold on the phone. What To Do
:

1. Firstly, check to see if your phone is WAP enabled. Check with your mobile provider to see if this service is available to use on your mobile phone. 2. Paddy Power's WAP service can be accessed directly at http://wap.paddypower.com.

3. You must have a paddypower.com account in order to bet using Paddy Power WAP. If you are not a customer, register on the website (www.paddypower.com).

4. In order to bet on a particular market or event, please log in using your username and password (this is the same username and password as your paddypower.com account).

5. Once you log in using WAP, you will also be able to bet, view your balance and deposit funds securely.

6. If you wish to regularly access this service, you may want to add a bookmark to your phone to enable easy access. The method of doing this will vary depending the on the make of your mobile phone. We advise you to contact your mobile operator in order to assist you in doing so.

Q1. How do I register?
Simply follow the Registration link from the front page. This will lead you to our user-friendly registration form. Fill out the form, all mandatory fields are highlighted in Orange. The whole process takes no more than 5 minutes.

Q2. What cards can i use to deposit funds?
VISA, MASTERCARD, LASER, SWITCH and SOLO cards are all accepted. Deposits from debit cards (LASER, SWITCH and SOLO) must be in the currency of issue. At present we cannot accept credit cards from U.S. banks due to legal restrictions.

Q3. Can I deposit funds without a credit/debit card?
Yes.

Cheques:

Paddypower.com are now accepting Euro cheques drawn on European Bank accounts and GBP Cheques drawn from British bank accounts as an additional form of depositing funds to your account. In order for you to use this additional service, all cheques must be made payable to paddypower.com and sent to our head office address at:

Please note that no third party cheques will be accepted and that account holder must submit their username on the back of all cheques. Also, be sure that the cheques holder is the owner of a paddypower.com account. Once you have chosen this form of depositing money, you cannot change to credit card deposit. This service is solely for customers who do not have credit cards or debit cards.

No person can credit a client's account other than that Paddypower.com account holder. For security purposes, please allow for 3 working days for Euro cheques to clear and 4-5 working days for GBP cheques to clear, before the money is credited to your account. Once all cheques are cleared securely you will receive a confirmation email, stating that your account has been credited with the desired amount. All winnings from this type of account will remain in your balance with Paddypower.com until otherwise requested by the account holder. Please email withdrawals@paddypower.com to request cheque winnings.

Paddypower.com are now accepting Bank transfers from our client's bank account to our Paddypower.com account at AIB. Should you elect to deposit funds by Bank Transfer, you will need the following account details from us.

Once you have transferred the money you must send an email to banktransfers@paddypower.com. This is for security purposes. This email must contain the following information:

· Subject line of email must state - "Bank Transfer"
· The Date you transferred the money:
· Your Account Name
· Your Account Number
· Your Bank's sort code
· Your Bank's Name and Address
· Currency (Stg/ Euro)
· Amount you wish to transfer:
· Your Username at Paddypower.com

Note:
· The purpose of this information is to ensure that clients receive the correct amount to be deposited into their accounts.
· The daily maximum to be transferred is  3,000/ £2,500GBP
· Please allow for 1-5 days for the money to be credited to your account at Paddypower.com.
· Paddypower cannot credit any client's account unless they send the required email to banktransfers@paddypower.com
· If you have any queries, please contact customer service at support@paddypower.com or phone 1850 4144444 or UK 0800 039 1800.
· Please note that the Banks are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, therefore we recommend that you transfer your money between Monday to Thursday to avoid delays in crediting your account. If a bank transfer is made on a Friday, please allow for 3 days before the money is credited to your account.

Q4. How long does a transaction take to process?
A typical transaction will take a 10-15 seconds to process, however at peak times this may rise to 1 minute. Please be patient and only click the deposit button once.


Q5. How do I know if a transaction has been successful?
You will receive a confirmation message indicating that your transaction has been successful. However should the browser time out or should your PC crash before the confirmation message has been received it is still possible that the transaction has been successful. We recommend that you check your balance before repeating the transaction.


Q6. How do I withdraw funds?
Credit Card Holders:
To make a withdrawal from your Paddy Power account click on the "My Account" option on the top navigation bar, then click on "Withdraw". You will be given the opportunity to change start date, expiry date or issue number. Simply enter the amount you wish to withdraw leaving out the currency sign, confirm your password and submit the form.
It will then take a few moments for your transaction to be authorised after which you will receive an onscreen confirmation that funds have been successfully withdrawn from your Paddy Power account. When withdrawing funds back from Paddy Power to a credit card account it may take up to 5 working days before they are credited back.

MasterCard Holders:
Unfortunately, due to restrictions imposed on us by MasterCard, we are unable to return money from your account to your card. To make a withdrawal from your Paddy Power account you must click on the "My Account" option on the top navigation bar, then click on "Withdraw". Click the link which states "MasterCard holders: Here". By completing a form we will be able to send you a cheque for the amount you wish to withdraw. We expect it will take 5 working days for this to be processed. Note: Please include your home address, which is identical to the home address you registered when applying for your MasterCard and also the Billing address where you wish the cheque to go.

Cheque Account Holders and Bank Transfer Account Holders:
If your account operate under a cheque or Bank Transfer system you must send and email to withdrawals@paddypower.com with the following:
Username,
Full Name,
Full Address,
Amount.

Q7. I cannot remember my log in details
If you are having difficulty remembering your Log in details you can contact customer support by mailing support@paddypower.com or contact us by telephone at 1850 414444. We will be happy to give you any assistance you may need.

Q8. I am unable to log in
Check your username and password. Please remember that the PaddyPower web site is case sensitive. If you have forgotten your username please contact support@paddypower.com. If you have forgotten your password, the log-in pop-up box facilitate the changing of password. You will be asked to key in your username and select your country of origin. You will then be requested to answer your two security questions, once answered correctly you will be able to change your password. Paddypower.com specially advises all customers to use distinctive passwords. Numeric, Alphanumeric, lowercase and uppercase characters are all advised to be included in your password. The purpose of using a combination of the latter will ensure greater security for you as a client to Paddypower.com. Please note: we do not have access to your passwords, if you forget your password the log in section will allow you to change your current password, you must answer your two personal questions correctly in order to change your password.

Q9. Can I merge my Dial-a-bet account with my online account?
No, it is not possible to merge these accounts.

Q10. Does Paddypower.com provide a results service?
Yes, we do! We have recently launched our new results service. At the moment we provide results for Horse Racing and greyhound Racing. You can find the results here: www.pp-results.com

Q11. How do I check my winnings or account details?
Changing Personal Details
You may change any of your personal details at any time by clicking firstly on "My Account" and then on "Personal Details". You may choose to change your address, Phone numbers or email. For added security, card details cannot be changed without first contacting us directly by e-mailing us at support@paddypower.com or by phoning our helpdesk.

Bet History
At any time you can check previous bets placed and financial transactions made on your account. When you go to the account details page you will be presented with options to view bets/transactions within different time frames. You can view, all your previous transactions, all bets, unsettled bets and lottery bets. Choose the date range and select go.

Q12. When I try to make a deposit or place a bet the system says: "You are not currently logged in, please click the login icon a the top right"

Paddypower.com recognise that online security is an area of vital importance for all our clients. It is imperative that you should be fully satisfied that your personal details are 100% secure before you commence betting.

Encryption
A key area of online security is encryption using the SSL mechanism, that is to say that information you provide us with is encrypted so that it cannot be read across the Internet. 128-bit SSL Encryption is used on all pages of our payment system.

Firewalls
Another key measure of online security is the Firewall. This sits between the Paddypower.com Web server and the Internet, providing further protection against non-authorised access. Access to the server is strictly controlled by the firewall, ensuring maximum protection for the website.

Q14. How long does it take a withdrawal to reach my credit card?
Credit Cards:

Q15. Is the website compatible with Apple Macintosh computers?
At the moment the Paddy Power website is not fully compatible with Apple Mac computers.
