Verdict: A small but select field and this looks a strong renewal with the first two from the French equivalent renewing their rivalry. On ratings there is very little between the French-trained runners and all three have shown a good turn of foot should this get tactical. Sab'aan Al Shahania, Romeo AT and LAFFAN all have something to recommend them with the latter is narrowly preferred. The locally-trained Al Sharid is likely to be best of the rest.
