Verdict: A very open contest in which several could show significant improvement. The eye is drawn to SPORTS DAY who has yet to get his head in front but warrants another chance after getting badly hampered last time. Second choice is Fallacious Promise who scored so stylishly at Lingfield two days ago. Another to consider is Thestral, now in the care Tony Carroll, while the likes of Thisonesforyou from Clive Cox's yard and Ralph Beckett's Music Academy may be well capable of better than they have shown.
