Verdict: An interesting race. Straight Up should win on the figures, but the fact that he has beaten just one rival home in his last three starts can't be ignored. Res Ipsa is going the right way and is a player but the nicely-bred filly MAI DAHLIA gets the vote. She was visually impressive at Naas last time and there could be plenty more to come from her.
