Tips
Verdict: Preference is for the admirable veteran HURSTWOOD, who made it 4-11 at Redcar when making all against the stands' rail over C&D 18 days ago. This is tougher off 7lb higher but that was a dominant display and he may be able to repeat the trick from another high draw. Ziva's Star, Stormy Pearl and Night Emperor all ran well behind the selection here last month, but the main threat could come from Ridgemaster, who has been knocking on the door in his last two starts. Others who could be dangerous are Pinpoint and Golden Prosperity.[David Moon]
