Verdict: Some good horses are on show here but they're all are quite tricky to weigh up at the moment. Amiloc will be hard to beat if able to recapture his 3yo form, but this campaign has not yet got going and he was disappointing at York three weeks ago. Perhaps the safest option is QUICKTHORN who has won this race twice before and, following a long absence, put in a good front-running shift before weakening into fifth in the same York Group 2 contested by Amiloc last month.[Chris Wilson]
